💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site EAP counseling and management consultation for employees at a Fortune 500 customer location in Renton, WA. Your work will directly enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness while delivering critical incident response and training. This role combines clinical expertise with organizational impact at a leading mental health startup backed by $3.3B valuation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site support to managers and members from 10a-6pm PST M-F.
• Conduct assessments to determine Service Agreement and Recovery Plan.
• Deliver critical incident response services and trainings.
• Maintain documentation meeting risk management and regulatory standards.

📋 Requirements

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with independent licensure in WA
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience delivering management consultation and EAP services
• Training in evidence-based short-term solution-focused therapy
