🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize.
• Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Prepare sprint reports with velocity and predictability metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or 3 years work experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience with agile frameworks and their effective application

• Ability to build automations in Jira and Slack
