Description

You will lead the product operations function, designing and optimizing the end-to-end product development lifecycle using AI-powered tools and automation. This role involves cross-functional initiatives, strategic planning, and driving operational excellence to enable product teams to move with speed and precision.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, product operations, or technical program management
• 6+ years leading operations or cross-functional teams in B2B SaaS
• Deep domain expertise in adtech, martech, developer tools, or infrastructure platforms
• Experience implementing organization-wide process transformations in companies with 300+ employees

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Product Operations function, integrating AI tools and automation
• Define strategic vision for product operations, enabling product-led growth and operational excellence
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle operations, including planning, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch measurement
• Design and operationalize a Voice of the Customer program using AI to synthesize signals into actionable insights
• Establish and report on operational health metrics with automated dashboards
