💼 About This Role

You'll lead a BEST summer program for Multilingual Learner students at Lansing Tech High School, managing the program across the school. You'll support English Language acquisition & Literacy for K-8 and credit recovery for grades 9-12. The role offers a 6-week commitment with an additional planning week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as point person for Multilingual Learner program across school
• Manage program logistics outside individual classrooms
• Coordinate short daytime field trips for students
• Oversee curriculum implementation for K-12 students

📋 Requirements

• Current LSEA bargaining unit member
• Experience working with Multilingual Learner students
• Ability to work onsite at Hill Center / Lansing Tech High School
• Available for 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)

• Previous summer school teaching experience
• Experience with credit recovery programs for high school students
