You will lead a portfolio of product engineering teams focused on customer acquisition, activation, and onsite experience, driving Klaviyo's growth strategy through technical leadership and experimentation culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Significant experience leading multiple product engineering teams in high-growth SaaS
• Experience managing managers and senior engineers
• Product-led growth experience including onboarding, activation, and conversion
• AI-first mindset and product quality focus

Responsibilities

• Own engineering strategy and execution across K-Social, Growth, and Customer Hub teams
• Drive experimentation culture with instrumentation and rapid testing
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and GTM to prioritize and ship outcomes
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term investments in infrastructure and personalization
• Build leadership bench by coaching managers and senior engineers
