💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll have the opportunity to open and close the store and communicate trend information to management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
