🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide best-in-class support during API technical onboarding.
• Use tools like Postman, MS Teams, Salesforce, and Freshdesk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Track and report on customer onboarding KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and complete tasks correctly first time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivery-focused and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
