You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams, leveraging data insights to refine content strategies.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in product operations and execution
• Bachelor's degree in related quantitative field (MBA preferred)
• Problem solver with proactive identification of challenges
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize in-app content to improve conversion and engagement
• Tailor content to different customer cohorts for maximum relevance
• Track content performance, analyze data, and iterate based on insights
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations teams
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes for content management
