You will drive the growth and scaled acquisition of high-quality hosts and homes across Australia and New Zealand. You'll develop integrated growth campaigns, manage lead generation partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable supply strategies for both mature and untapped markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales, business development and program management
  • 3+ years of experience in technology, travel, hospitality and marketplace sectors or high-growth scale-up
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proven track record of effectively working a leads pipeline and/or book of business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical with ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities
  • Available to travel to assigned markets
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes
  • Highly proficient in CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Charismatic self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a program of new and existing host growth projects, partners and campaigns to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Analyse data to identify and action strategic opportunities for organic supply growth
  • Prospect and onboard strategic supply and lead generation partners
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with partners and industry conferences
  • Educate host prospects on the benefits of hosting
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product, policy, marketing and other stakeholders
  • Develop deep knowledge of the host prospect journey and key segments
  • Deliver scaled events and campaigns in priority markets
  • Respond to and deliver exceptional service to professional hosts
  • Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal and customer support teams
