🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design outcomes from discovery to delivery for complex product areas
• Run research and validation activities, turning insights into product decisions
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms
• Partner with product and engineering to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

📋 Requirements

• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems
• Solid research and validation skills with good judgment on when to use them
• Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, ideally desktop-first
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in iterative environments

• Experience with AI-enabled features or workflows
• Technical background or comfort with technically complex products
