Description

You will own the entire renewal process for mid-market customers, focusing on retention, mitigating churn, and articulating product value to ensure contract renewals are secured. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, legal, and finance teams to drive timely execution and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing SaaS/B2B contract renewals in growth or SMB segment
  • Consistent achievement of challenging renewal and gross retention quotas
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills for pricing and contract discussions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate forecasting
  • Ability to act as commercial liaison between customers, legal, finance, and CS teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer renewal lifecycle for mid-market accounts ($10-50M revenue)
  • Mitigate churn risk by monitoring account health and collaborating with CSMs
  • Drive timely execution through accurate quoting, contract drafting, and price negotiations
  • Articulate product value to justify investment and price adjustments
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze renewal trends and recommend process improvements
