Description
You will be the main point of contact for Podium's biggest clients in the auto industry, orchestrating onboarding and driving ongoing success. You'll work cross-functionally to address customer needs, mitigate churn, and boost retention while building deep stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CX/CS experience with focus on retention
- Deep understanding of marketing technology industry
- Account management experience identifying at-risk customers and driving adoption
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Onboard multi-location customers and conduct training
- Strategically manage portfolio to maximize product usage and reduce retention risk
- Develop deep relationships to understand customer needs and offer value-based solutions
- Manage onboarding cohorts to meet key metrics within timeframes
- Collaborate with Sales team for portfolio transparency
