Description

You will be the main point of contact for Podium's biggest clients in the auto industry, orchestrating onboarding and driving ongoing success. You'll work cross-functionally to address customer needs, mitigate churn, and boost retention while building deep stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CX/CS experience with focus on retention
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology industry
  • Account management experience identifying at-risk customers and driving adoption
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Onboard multi-location customers and conduct training
  • Strategically manage portfolio to maximize product usage and reduce retention risk
  • Develop deep relationships to understand customer needs and offer value-based solutions
  • Manage onboarding cohorts to meet key metrics within timeframes
  • Collaborate with Sales team for portfolio transparency
