• Launch and scale multi-channel sourcing strategies across digital roles
• Uncover and engage passive talent across niche networks and communities
• Apply Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify high-fit candidates
• Track and analyze key sourcing metrics for performance optimization

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Proven background as a Talent Sourcer with hunger to grow
• Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray, and scraping techniques
• Experience deploying automation and AI tools in sourcing workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with outreach/email tools and campaign A/B testing
• Analytical mindset and command of sourcing metrics
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
