Requirements

• 10+ years product development experience in haircare
• Understanding of haircare formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire product development process from concept to launch
• Partner with stakeholders to align product goals and address challenges
• Translate marketing briefs into tangible products with chemists
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like Asana and Google Workplace
• Ensure product testing, regulatory compliance, and documentation accuracy
