Description

You will partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design and implement risk-based KYC/KYB frameworks and compliance controls for Stripe's financial account, lending, and issuing products. You'll also design compliant funds flow models for global payment networks and translate complex regulations into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in compliance, product risk, or technical compliance at a FinTech, payment provider, or bank
• Proven experience designing risk-based KYC/KYB programs for business onboarding
• Experience working with product managers and engineers to write technical requirements
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving consensus
• Ability to use data to analyze problems and measure control effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven, risk-based KYC/KYB frameworks for financial account, capital, and issuing products
• Design and document compliant funds flow models for global payment networks (SEPA, FPS, ACH, RTP)
• Develop and maintain technical compliance documentation for regulatory requirements (US lending laws, payment network rules)
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Legal, Support, Partnerships, and Compliance
• Engage with external financial partners to present compliance controls and strategy
