💼 About This Role

You'll teach and support students with special needs, providing individualized instruction and managing IEPs. You'll collaborate with general education teachers and families to ensure student achievement. This role is at a KIPP public charter school in Los Angeles with opportunities at multiple locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach knowledge, skills, confidence, and character to students
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs
• Manage compliance of accommodations and modifications for IEPs
• Analyze assessment results to drive instruction

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Education Specialist Credential (preliminary or CLEAR)
• Multiple years of teaching in similar communities preferred
