Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Akido, you will build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power our AI-native healthcare platform. You will design scalable backend services, lead architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers while working closely with product and design teams to deliver high-performance solutions that directly impact patient care.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Deep experience building APIs and distributed systems using modern JS frameworks (e.g., Node.js)
• Experience with front-end integration (React, Next.js, or similar) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and system architecture
