Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, overseeing the execution of orders from PO acceptance to delivery. You'll manage customer relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure program deliverables are met on time.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between customers and company, ensuring alignment on order requirements
• Manage full program lifecycle from contract acceptance to delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance for on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain program schedules, track and report status to customers
• Support estimating with proposal development for new and follow-on business opportunities
