💼 About This Role

You'll be a critical hands-on Salesforce Administrator responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You'll partner with stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is strongly preferred.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce platform.
• Serve as primary point of contact for end-user support and issue resolution.
• Manage sandbox strategy and deployments for controlled releases.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ including product and pricing rules.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep expertise in declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification required.

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
