Description

You will take on demanding technical tasks in reworking components, ensuring quality and process reliability. You'll deburr, grind, polish, and perform joining and assembly work while documenting in the MES system and optimizing workflows. As a senior, you'll also assume operational coordination tasks in the team leader's absence.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as precision mechanic, toolmaker, or similar
• Experience in deburring, grinding, polishing sensitive components
• Understanding of fits and surface qualities
• Experience in joining and assembly work
• Good knowledge of German

Responsibilities

• Deburring, grinding, polishing components to quality specs
• Marking, labeling, identifying components per documentation
• Cleaning and final surface preparation
• Installing threaded inserts and performing pressing/joining processes
• Manufacturing and repairing simple auxiliary fixtures
