Description

You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Retailers and Distributors, responsible for long-term retention and growth of relationships and revenue. You'll work cross-functionally to manage orders, delivery timelines, and payments, and identify process improvements to scale the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma + 2 years experience
• 2+ years of consulting, project management, or customer-facing experience
• Knowledge or experience in retail, distribution, or sales operations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements

Responsibilities
