Description

You'll design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling that help teams at SeatGeek develop and run services reliably. You'll partner with engineering and product teams to address performance, scalability, and reliability needs, and contribute to system reliability, observability, security, and scalability through automation.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to shared systems, platforms, or infrastructure for other engineers
• Familiarity with building, running, or improving production systems
• Thoughtful approach to code with attention to clarity and maintainability
• Interest in developer experience and platform usability
• Comfort collaborating across teams and communicating clearly

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling

• Participate in operating production systems, including on-call rotation and incident response
