Requirements

• 3-10(+) years PQE with a focus in financial services
• Experience from financial institutions, law firms, or payment platforms

Responsibilities

• Advise on financial services regulations and support licensing and regulatory engagement
• Handle regulatory queries and provide legal advice on Singapore financial regulations
• Draft and review legal documentation including policies, contracts, and disclosures
• Partner with internal teams to embed regulatory requirements into business operations
