You'll lead the full spectrum of HR across a global organization spanning 8 countries. You'll build and scale the HR function in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, acting as a hands-on problem-solver alongside founders and senior leaders. This role is expected to drive execution in hiring, performance management, and complex people matters.

• Own end-to-end HR function globally
• Lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles
• Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen retention

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
• Hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries including local entities and remote employees
