You'll manage commercial, institutional, and government construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination for a growing construction firm. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and project budgets
• Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and performance
• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active job sites

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with government construction projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Professional certifications such as CPC or PE
