You'll join the fastest growing behavioral health practice group, providing outpatient therapy with schedule autonomy and hybrid/telehealth options. You'll help unify mental and physical healthcare for diverse patients across Massachusetts locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient individual therapy sessions
• Conduct telehealth sessions from home office
• Maintain patient documentation and treatment plans
• Participate in weekly case consultations

📋 Requirements

• Active LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health setting
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in-clinic and telehealth)
• Comfortable with electronic health records systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Supervision experience for LCSW or LMHC candidates
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
• Experience with specific therapy modalities (CBT, DBT)
