💼 About This Role

You'll help enterprise customers in the DACH region evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure, regulated environments. Your core impact is driving technical wins, managing proofs of concept, and ensuring smooth deployments. You'll work with a mission-driven, non-profit-backed technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.
• Run workshops with customer stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and IAM.
• Design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or related role.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, especially public sector or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Windows enterprise deployment, GPO, MDM, and policy management.
• Strong background in enterprise security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes/Helm for customer-operated environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM, DLP, or CASB ecosystems.
• Knowledge of KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) operators.
