💼 About This Role

You'll own the internationalization of our fundraising platform, scaling from $50M to $200M+ ARR by adapting our US success for UK and European markets. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate regulatory and localization requirements, and drive end-to-end launches. This high-ownership role offers direct impact on company growth in a flat, transparent culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize international markets for product expansion
• Define scope of product adaptations across compliance, payments, and localization
• Coordinate legal, finance, product, and GTM teams around shared timelines
• Own end-to-end launch from market selection to go-live and post-launch tracking

📋 Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong delivery mindset with track record of shipping and meeting commitments
• Experience at both large company and startup environments
• Experience with product localization, internationalization, or multi-market expansion
