💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve enterprise identity and messaging platforms in a hybrid Microsoft environment for a leading Ukrainian telecom. You'll ensure security, reliability, and seamless coexistence across on-premises and cloud services. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Active Directory administration in complex enterprise environment.
• Own Exchange and Exchange Hybrid (on-prem + Exchange Online).
• Design, operate, and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID identity services and access models.

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on Active Directory expertise (architecture, trusts, GPO).
• Proven Exchange (on-prem) and Exchange Hybrid experience.
• Solid practical PKI experience (Root/Issuing CAs, templates, CRL/OCSP).
• Production experience with Microsoft 365/Entra ID in hybrid environments.

• Practical knowledge of ADFS/SSO and federation.
• Strong Windows Server background in enterprise environments.
