Requirements

• More than 10 years of software development experience
• More than 4 years of software development management and architecture experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven technical leadership
• Experience with agile software methodology

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 evaluations and counseling for career development
