You will lead the team that builds the core computation layer powering Justworks' payroll, money movement, and tax calculation products, ensuring accurate and confident payment for customers. This mission-critical role involves hands-on coding, technical decision-making, and mentoring engineers to solve complex financial problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workforce Payments engineering team to build payroll, money movement, and tax products
• Partner with Product to define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap
• Coordinate projects, set priorities, and motivate engineers
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team
