You'll provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences in a transdisciplinary, strength-based model. Your work will help families build supportive environments and foster meaningful progress.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
