💼 About This Role

You'll join live sales calls to validate talent in real time and accelerate deal closure, working alongside the sales team. You'll introduce ready-to-work Bench VAs and ensure each deposit is backed by a realistic, immediate match. This role brings recruiting to the front line of sales, owning speed and accuracy in early talent matching.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Join live AE demos as the on-call talent expert
• Introduce specific Bench VAs during sales calls
• Verify role requirements in real time
• Maintain a live view of available Bench VAs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Comfortable presenting and selling talent in live conversations
• Strong judgment evaluating role feasibility and skill alignment
• Confident, professional presence on video calls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in VA, BPO, or high-volume environments
• Familiarity with common tech stacks (CRMs, PM tools, AI tools)
