Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to safely manage vehicle movement, achieve production targets, and ensure quality standards. This front-line supervisor role involves coaching, performance management, and partnering with the General Manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team members
• Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently
