💼 About This Role

You'll architect systems and analysis that drive how we sell, retain, and grow at Limble, a company revolutionizing maintenance operations. You'll build ICP models, design GTM workflows, and automate manual processes. This role offers the chance to shape data strategy across the entire revenue org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and refine ICP models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data.
• Design and implement GTM workflows to enrich prospect data at scale.
• Automate repetitive manual processes across the RevOps org.
• Architect integrations across the full GTM stack for data fidelity.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in RevOps or a related field.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with Clay, Salesforce, n8n, and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to build systems that drive pipeline.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with building custom data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GTM motion from prospecting to renewal.
• Owner mindset and proactive problem-solving.
