💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Implementation Managers across EST and EMEA, ensuring delivery excellence from post-sale handoff through successful CSM transition. Your core impact will be building repeatable processes and developing early-career talent. You'll also carry a portfolio of strategic accounts in a player-coach capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly manage and develop a team of Implementation Managers
• Own strategic customer implementations end-to-end
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer success, or professional services
• 3+ years managing or mentoring a team of IMs, CSMs, or similar roles
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working across EST and EMEA timezones preferred
• Passion for social media and influencer marketing space is a plus
