💼 About This Role

You'll own the enterprise demand planning and forecasting process as part of the S&OP cycle, acting as the key liaison between Sales and Supply Chain. Your insights will drive consensus forecasts that directly impact business objectives. This role offers the chance to lead continuous improvement in forecasting performance at a company powering innovative electrical distribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain enterprise demand plan with Sales and customer data
• Lead demand review process within monthly S&OP cycle
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to align demand and supply signals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP in manufacturing
• ERP proficiency required (INFOR/SyteLine preferred)
• BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification
• ASCM CPIM certification
• Experience supervising demand planners
