You'll work on a trading floor supporting a Portfolio Manager in all aspects of equity portfolio management. You'll drive financial modeling and trade idea generation with a focus on the energy sector. This role offers a path to grow into an assistant PM position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Portfolio Manager with financial modeling and trade idea generation
• Monitor the portfolio and assist with risk management
• Collect data and perform quantitative analysis on portfolio and markets
• Develop tools and analytics to support portfolio management
• Support trade execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative field
• 2–5 years experience covering energy equities on equities desk or sector-focused team
• Proficient in Python and VBA
• Experience with Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel

• Exposure to portfolio manager trade execution platforms
• Buy-side or sell-side investment experience
