Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health services. You'll build relationships with clinical partners, patients, and providers in your local community, driving market penetration and ensuring resources reach those in need.

Requirements

• Based in Johnson City, TN
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
