💼 About This Role

You'll source off-market homes, negotiate with sellers, and power investor transactions using proprietary market data in a fast-paced, high-earning environment. You'll collaborate with a dedicated in-house disposition team to close deals efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting, research, and inbound leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other sources.
• Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps).
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management.
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven track record in transactional sales.
• Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions.
