💼 About This Role

You'll design and build backend services and APIs for a personal finance app that people love. You'll have significant impact on scaling the system across iOS, macOS, Android, and Web. You'll collaborate closely with a small, multicultural team based in NYC and Santiago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to architecture and infrastructure discussions.
• Collaborate with Product and Client teams on technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript (TypeScript a plus).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with API design for mobile and web.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Firebase/Firestore, CI/CD, monitoring tools.
• Prior exposure to mentoring in a collaborative environment.
