You'll scale people systems for a fast-growing health tech company from 170 to 500+ employees. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and help build the operational backbone of the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and formalize people systems for 3x headcount growth
• Own HR fundamentals, data, metrics, and leveling frameworks
• Act as strategic partner to leads on team structure and scaling
• Lead change management and communication during rapid scaling

📋 Requirements

• Rapid scale experience from 100 to 500+ employees at a tech company
• Tech workforce expertise supporting non-exempt and exempt employees
• Business acumen to connect people decisions to outcomes
• System ownership of Justworks or equivalent PEO and HRIS
