You'll be the expert guide for customers, helping them get the best price for their car through negotiation and problem-solving. You'll work with the Sales Completion team to boost conversions and keep quality high. This role offers flexibility to work from home one day per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the trusted expert for car sellers post-auction.
• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers.
• Work with the team to hit targets and boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Account Management to align sellers and dealers.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for helping people and building rapport.
• Track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation skills on phone or email.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with targets and KPIs.
