Description

You will steward the Dayforce HCM platform and support additional HR tech tools to ensure accurate, secure, and data-informed people operations, directly enabling a seamless employee experience through trusted data and purposeful innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience with hands-on Dayforce expertise
  • Strong knowledge of HCM processes including Payroll, Benefits, Time Attendance, and Core HR
  • Experience administering additional HR technology platforms (e.g., compensation, engagement, performance tools)
  • Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer Dayforce HCM as primary system owner, configuring Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Attendance, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, and Analytics modules
  • Manage integrations and data flows between Dayforce and other HR tools (e.g., Pave, Culture Amp, Built)
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance; oversee employee lifecycle transactions
  • Develop dashboards, custom reports, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
  • Provide Tier 2/3 system support, create documentation, and deliver training to HR, payroll, and end users
