You'll provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. You'll build your own flexible schedule while receiving consistent patient volume and strong team support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)
