Description

In this role, you will build relationships with clinical partners in the Santa Fe community and connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll develop go-to-market strategies, manage referral relationships, and lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to expand access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Santa Fe, NM
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
