💼 About This Role

You'll drive the technical direction and architecture of FloQast's secure, scalable SaaS platform. You'll tackle complex engineering challenges and mentor other engineers in a hybrid environment based in San Jose. This role offers the chance to influence company-wide technical strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company trusted by major brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive architectural enhancements using serverless and containerization technologies
• Take ownership of system reliability, durability, availability, and disaster recovery
• Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs with proactive alerting and dashboards
• Develop and evolve CI/CD workflows to improve developer experience and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and Terraform
• Advanced monitoring and observability using Grafana, Coralogix, AWS CloudWatch, OTEL
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and automation pipelines

• Experience with serverless technologies
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
• Advanced AWS networking and security knowledge
