💼 About This Role

You'll join the Core Crew team providing front desk, administrative, and sales support at a boutique fitness studio in Germantown, TN. Your work will generate sales and promote the studio while delivering a positive client experience. This part-time role offers flexible hours and free drop-in classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and use the CORE acronym to enhance their experience
• Process client account tasks: scheduling, packages, and purchases
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with daily operations
• Respond to client emails and follow up on sales leads

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Some college coursework
• 1 year of sales experience
• Experience with MBO software
