Description

You will lead a team of AV operators, managing hiring, onboarding, performance, and execution to ensure successful autonomy deployments. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ direct reports
• Understanding of US labor, employment, and driving laws
• Strong problem-solving and initiative
• Comfortable with data review and interpersonal communication
• Flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard operators, running interviews and executing onboarding plans
• Lead and manage a team of ~20 operators, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Conduct performance reviews and update evaluation metrics
• Execute start/end of shift activities (attendance, software burns, data importing)
• Respond to operator and onsite incidents per procedures
