You will design and execute platform-level projects, build backend services and APIs, create reusable frontend libraries and developer tooling, and own infrastructure concerns like CI/CD pipelines. This role offers the chance to work on enterprise-grade portal experiences at an AI-native company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with proven experience designing and building full stack web applications
• Backend development experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Proficiency in React and front-end best practices
• Experience working with distributed teams, proficient in asynchronous and written communication
• Growth driven and looking to increase impact and responsibility over time
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, and performance optimization
• BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems or other related engineering field
• Experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications

Responsibilities

• Design and execute platform-level software projects from conception through launch
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power our portal experiences
• Build reusable frontend libraries, design systems, and developer tooling
• Own infrastructure concerns, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability
• Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and quality standards
• Raise the bar of excellence in engineering, contributing to knowledge sharing
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior members of the team
• Help accelerate teams with changes across different realms of front-end development
